Booking conditions

These general terms and conditions apply on condition that they are attached to the confirmation of the order or it is otherwise agreed between the parties that these general terms and conditions shall apply.

1. General
 

Check-in for cabins takes place from 15.00, check-out at 11.00 at the latest.

 

For campsites, check-in from 13:00, check-out time is 13:00 at the latest. 

We reserve the right to move you to equivalent accommodation.

2. Age limit for booking

To book/enter into an agreement with us, you must be 20 years old. Identification may be required upon check-in. Meeting the age limit is a requirement to gain access to the accommodation.

3. Our Obligations

If we do not provide the cabin/camping site in the promised condition and cannot offer you an equivalent object, you have the right to terminate the agreement. Comments must be submitted immediately, but no later than 18.00 in the case of 24-hour rentals, etc. following day at 10.00 for longer stays.

4. Your obligations and rules of procedure

You are responsible for reading through the booking confirmation and ensuring that the dates and rental objects are correct. You must take good care of the rental property and follow the regulations that apply. You are liable for any damage that occurs to rental objects or fixtures. Violation of the rules of order means that we have the right to reject you from the area and the rental amount will not be refunded. You may not accommodate more people than was specified at the time of booking.

The cabin must be cleaned according to instructions before departure. If this does not happen, cleaning will be carried out at your expense.

Final cleaning can be pre-ordered before departure. Smoking is prohibited indoors. Some of our cabins allow pets.
 

5. Booking/Payment

 

When paying by card, the card is debited directly.

All prices on the website and in our online booking include VAT.

The booking is binding as soon as it is confirmed or the customers card is debited.Your card is charged directly at the time of booking.
At the time of booking, a booking fee and an advance payment must be paid. The amount is deducted from the rent. The date and amount are indicated on the invoice. The remaining amount must be at our disposal no later than 40 days before arrival., the full amount must be paid at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed. If the final payment is not made, it is considered a cancellation on your part and then the rules for cancellation apply.

6. Cancellation rules
 

You can cancel by phone or in writing. If you have not signed up for a cancellation insurance, there will be no refund. If there is no cancellation and the booked object is not claimed by the guest, the campsite has the right to credit the total price for the booking. Changes that involve a different time or object are to be regarded as cancellation and new booking.Without cancellation insurance the booking is non-refundeble

 

7. Cancellation insurence

 

Cancellation insurance – 3 levels of protection

At the time of booking, you can purchase cancellation insurance. We offer cancellation insurance at different levels, both for unforeseen events and when you want to have the possibility to change your plans. You can also choose to waive the option for a cancellation insurance, in that case nothing will be refunded on cancellation.

 

Cancellation insurance – Base

With base insurance, you have the right to cancel until 12.00 the day before your arrival date and in the following cases:
- Death, serious illness or accident that affects you, your spouse, partner, family or fellow traveler.
- Accidents that are beyond your control, such as extensive fire, flooding in the home, etc.

You must be able to prove your disability with a medical certificate, authority or insurance company.

 

Cancellation insurance – Standard

With standard insurance, you can cancel for any reason up to 30 days before your arrival date. 1 free rebooking can be made up to 30 days before your arrival.

Until 12.00 the day before your arrival, you can rebook or cancel on the same terms as Cancellation insurance base.

In case of cancellation, we refund the entire amount minus the cost of the cancellation insurance and an administrative fee of SEK 99.

 

Cancellation insurance – Premium

With premium insurance, you can cancel for any reason up to 7 days before your arrival date. 1 free rebooking can be made up to 7 days before your arrival.

Until 12.00 the day before your arrival, you can rebook or cancel on the same terms as Cancellation insurance base.

In case of cancellation, we refund the entire amount minus the cost of the cancellation insurance and an administrative fee of SEK 99.

 

 

If you have not signed up for a cancellation insurance, there will be no refund.

Cancellation insurance is not available for renting party/conference rooms or group bookings.
